beauty #22- Moisturizer for dry skin





COCONUT BODY BUTTER for DRY SKIN

All of this ingredients has lots of moisturizing and wonderful skin softening effect on your skin. Just perfect for the cold weather months. Coconut oil has lots of vitamins and minerals and is a good skin softener. Cocoa butter protects the skin from the wind and cold weather. Sesame oil has wonderful sunscreen properties and Olive oil is ideal for soothing the skin that has been exposed to nature's elements. So write down your shopping list and check your pantry you may already have some of these ingredients.


RECIPE

2 tablespoons grated beeswax
2 teaspoons distilled water
1/2 cup cocoa butter
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1 tablespoons olive oil

Melt the beeswax over low heat with the water. Spoon in cocoa butter and blend. Gradually blend in sesame oil, coconut oil and olive oil. Pour into a glass jar. Lotion will thicken as it cools. Apply liberally over body.

  2. Thanks for your sweet comment,though I do like ear cuffs,I know where your coming from with peircings! Everyone does go through phases,atleast if your daughter gets fed up with it,all you have to do,is take it out and let it heal up!
    For me piercings are just for my ears :D
    Great tip for moisturiser,I love more natural ideas like this,plus you know whats in it.
