Facial Steams

******POTIONS*****

STEAMS

In the next chapter of my blog, i will be sharing with you another important step in taking care of our face. After cleansing our face getting rid of dirt, makeup and oil, it is also important to steam our face. Facial Steams helps open up pores, increase blood circulation and deep-cleanse the skin. Steaming is something that is being done daily. Once a week is enough. When doing facial steams, be careful not to scald your skin. if it's burning the inside of your nse then wait a few minutes for the water to cool down before you try again. You dont need to buy a fancy facial steam gadget to do this, a big bowl or a small basin and a towel to cover your head is good enough to use. And make sure that your face is always clean before doing a steam.

So, please check back next time for facial steam recipe #1
