Have you ever felt so tired and sleepy after working long hours and you feel like you can not concentrate anymore? Well, i just got the perfect bath for that. This particular bath blend relieves mental fatigue and loss of concentration.
RECIPE
1/4 cup dried rosemary
1/4 cup dried sage
2 tablespoon oatmeal to soften the water
As always put your herbal blend in a cheesecloth or muslin, to avoid clogging. Then attached to the faucet or placed in the tub.
