Ok, on my previous blog, i have mentioned that we went to San Pedro, Califronia. Well, evrytime we go there my sis-in-law and I and my husband would go to the fish port early saturday morning and buy loads and loads of fish! There's not much fish were we live in the inlands of California, mostly frozen and just a few selection to choose from, usually the freshwater kind of fish. And since we already plan this ahead of time, i literally empty out my fridge to make some room for our deadly catch. hehehe.
here is what i did with them....
|sweet and spicy clams|
|grilled lamb in mint sauce|
|smothered beef liver|
|stir fried korean pork with sesame seed|
|braised beef shank|
|asian veggies in coconut milk|
|and hubby's fave Adobo (braised pork)|
Now, i have a fridge loaded with fish such as, tuna, mackerel, pompano, salmon, red snapper, squid, shrimp..etc. and a handful of meat for weekend barbecues.
