Chow time! |
Sunday dinner was real treat! i had some fresh noodle i bought from the asian market, so i made some chow mein, also a fave. Salmon head cooked like a stew or we call it "paksiw" with some bok choy leaves, husbands fave and a few pieces of salted fried pork. A big treat i say, coz tomorrow we're back to being "vegetarian" , thats why everyone gets excited on the weekend's feast. hahahaha.....
