MOTHER'S DAY LUNCH

 we really don't celebrate mother's day, as my husband would tell me "everyday is a mother's day'. it should be celebrated everyday. And they really do! They've always been so appreciative of me even if its not mothers day. Everyday is truly a blessing for me.
But having said that, since its weekend, and we were working our butt off cleaning the pool i decided to give them a little treat. I prepared some Thai cuisine  for us. It was really good! my husband and daughter said its better than take out! We had the noodles and egg roll and creamy mango brulee for dessert. YUM!
