CHINESE CUPPING

I have heard so much about this cupping method for a while and it's becoming quite famous with the celebrities such as Gwyneth Paltrow. So, i decided to buy one to try it for myself. The ancient healing technique of "CHINESE CUPPING" method or also known as FIRE CUPPING has long been used in traditional chinese medicine. Though western medicine has not confirm any real health benefits. There are two  ways of cupping method, wet cupping where the skin is punctured before applying the cups and the dry cupping, which is the more common method. Chinese cupping is said to restore the bodies life force, and is beneficial to treating simple aches and pains that we normally experience in our day to day life. Headache, muscle and joint pain, stomach ache, insomnia, leg cramps, sexual disorder, lower back pain are just among a few symptoms to benefit from cupping. Generally, cupping uses a glass cup but plastic ones (like mine) are becoming more common and much safer because unlike the glass cup, you dont need to use flammable substance to lit. This plastic cups uses a suction pump instead. It comes with the instruction manual with pictures on how and where to place the cups, indications and contraindicatons of therapy.

HERE IS THE WHOLE SET

THE PUMP TO SUCTION THE CUPS

HOW IT WORKS ( EXCUSE MY BACK.....) apply  a few drops of warming oil
before placing the cups.

ON MY ARMS,

I HAVE SORE BACK AND SHOULDERS SO THIS ARE ALL THE AREA THAT IS SUPPOSE TO BE CUPPED ACCORDING TO THE INSTRUCTION MANUAL.

AFTER 5 MINS.......FOR FIRST TIME CUPPING, 5 MINS IS ENOUGH. do not leave cups in place for more than 10 min.

THIS IS WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE THE NEXT DAY, THE MARK WILL STAY ON FOR A FEW DAYS
OR A WEEK.
My experienced was great. It feels like your skin is being pinched yet relaxing and it doesn't hurt at all. My back, shoulders and arms was really sore the day before. After the cupping, i woke up the next day being able to move my arms again.
